NOTE: The links above are the Help sections of the two primary MediaWiki sites. That there are two sometimes causes confusion:

• http://www.mediawiki.org/ is the code base for MediaWiki, good for information about installation, upgrades, extensions.
• http://meta.wikimedia.org/ is about everything else, topics outside the code base itself, so quite useful for editing help.
